How to set up my eSIM?
Open the RoamFi app, select eSIM from the bottom menu, and tap Install. Install and activate the eSIM by scanning the QR code or entering the activation code manually. In Settings โ Cellular/Mobile Network, select the newly added RoamFi eSIM and turn on Data Roaming. Go to Settings โ Cellular/Mobile Network โ Mobile/Cellular Data and turn on Allow Data Switching. When you arrive at your destination, the RoamFi eSIM will activate automatically. You can also go to Settings โ Cellular/Mobile Network โ Mobile/Cellular Data to manually select the newly added RoamFi eSIM as your mobile data line.

Dial *#06# on your phone to check for an EID. If EID is shown, your device supports eSIM. If only MEID or SEID is shown, the device does not support eSIM.

Most eSIMs must be scanned and added to your device within 30 days of issuance. If your intended start date is more than 30 days away, please register closer to your departure. After expiry the eSIM becomes invalid. If youโre unsure about the validity period, please contact customer support.

Some Fix eSIMs start counting down once the QR code is scanned and added, so we recommend adding it on the day of departure. If you need to install one day earlier, please consult customer support first.
